So How's It Going?

What I did last 3 years in Saudi Arabia?

I studied there in International Philippine School in Alkhobar, 3 years ago from 2nd Year High School to 4th Year High School. The first time I entered the school, I thought this was so rascal in nature but the next day, I told myself that this was the right school for me, with lots of superb students whether in academics or in extra-curricular activities, name it as they said.

A newbie in school became friendly to those who were interested at him. Here, I shared my talents and skills to them. Then a couple of months and weeks, I have many friends. The next year, I thought this won't last but it became rough when I showed to them my true color. And that was in CAT-1 then. Through all violence and belittling efforts of my classmates and friends, it became worser and worser. Then in the end of the fight, I understood what I've done on the past but I became one of the Senior Officers of CAT-1, so glad that I'm one of them.

The other year or "The Senior Year", I looked also a newbie then. I've been in the classroom mixed with girls and boys, then we introduced each other well until a couple of months and weeks, eto magulo nanaman ang magkaklase sa isang seksyon, visiting my co-batchmates in other rooms and the like.

This was about the highlights of my Senior Year.

First off, Nutrition Month, we've made some delicious appetizers and main dishes. Our program became a dance showdown and it was a kind of familiar when I danced in front of the people as a "statue", haha.

After that, SSC MIni Fair, there were many booths in this celebration, there's a Jail Booth, Marraige Booth, Castle Booth, Game Booth where IPSAnians did their best move in racking off the target in DOTA and Counterstrike and other booths that I wasn't able to come up to.

Then next, Review Days, starting from August until October, a 3 month-review for us, who will take the college entrance exams in the Philippines. Instead of reviewing, nagkakaroon ng kasiyahan sa buong batch namin. Majority of the Senior Students attended review days every Thursdays. But me, this wasn't enough, I gave more effort when I asked my Geometry Teacher to be my tutor in 1 month, so that I'll concentrate on taking the exams.

Then the USTET and the UPCAT began, which more I prefer the best school/university for me?. In my first college entrance exam held in our school, that was quite an easy exam for me but in my second college entrance exam held in Riyadh, that was an intense leave-the-blank policy, I've done it since my elder brother told to do so. In the end, I've passed the USTET but not in UPCAT. Hindi ibig sabihin na College Entrance Test, eh test lang yun, nagkakamali kayo, because there were times Senior Students went to the mall where they did shop and shop all along. But guess what, I've found someone on that day. :)

Then Career Symposium, what would be the right course for me?. Actually, I found the right course that's why I've passed the USTET, from the help of our guest, who were assigned to explain the definition of the course they had planned before. But off-track, there was an intermission number headed by us, listeners while taking their lunch. After that, giving certificates for participation.

Next off, OKOR or Order of the Knights of Rizal, this event was held in Bahrain December last year. We're the ones who re-enacted Rizal's death through firing squad. What a remarkable moment we've made that time. Continuing the story, our school won 1st-Runner Up in this competition. IPSA was proud of our hardwork and cooperation.

Next off, our Christmas Caroling Contest, Battle of the Bands and Christmas Party, 3 in 1 celebration which we won 1st place in the Caroling Contest, I was playing the guitar and my bestfriend, who played the violin while the other Dependable SPEDS sang Christmas songs, ang nakakatuwa pa doon eh, ang mga lalaki eh nakaskirt lang made of Japanese Paper PLUS! nakaribbon pa sila but these outfits caught an impact to the audience as well as the jurors na walang sawang pagtangkilik sa amin. Another Senior memories has begun. After the contest me and my co-batchmates dedicated songs to our love ones. Then Battle of the Bands, KAKAROACH is our band but we'd won 4th Place in this competition, we needed more effort in that when I will see my bandmates again. Christmas party with the SPEDs, I knew this was a spectacular celebration, held in the stage. Giving gifts, parlor games, as well as capturing the moments.

Then, Teacher's Day, another Senior memories for me, because we'd sung songs one at every adviser and our mentor. Then in the end, our teacher provided sermons from us.

Then finally CAT's Turn-Over of Rank / Graduation, here I did turn over my rank to the future Alpha Company Commander, which is my position. Then Alpha Company won the competiion last Field Day, that was Alpha who garnered 10 consecutive years of swift competition. Graduation, but before that, me and my co-batchmates finished all our clearances before we'll come up to the stage to receive our diplomas and as the Aida March started, we'd totally received our diplomas and another memories in IPSA was that we had sung our song in live performance. What a remarkable day then.

Outside the school premises, YFC Moments begun. First I heard this group that this won't ever gave benefits on us. But when I entered, I found myself comfortable here, because first of all, I've found many friends, and I found the LORD whom I obeyed his commandments and believed in his Holy Gospel.

And that happened 3 years in Sandbox Mania. :)
Hope you enjoy reading this post. :)

Noticeable, Beware!

April 23, 2009

That ruthless day at Kentucky Fried Chicken in SM City Pampanga, 11:45 am, when and where the snatcher grabbed my mother's Puma Bag. Inside that bag, there are 3 pieces of expensive watch (not really, but those are expensive), keys and a alarm key for our car, a wallet with an ATM card of my sister and P 750.00 inside of it, a coin purse, an eyeglass, and of course for the benefit of our safety, 2 rosaries.

After the incident, my mom became hysterical and having an outrageous conversation against the manager of the KFC actually I can't force my mother's right to confront against him because she was "careless" but I told you she's right because instead of putting a surveillance cameras inside the restaurant or planning for a look-out against the snatcher for example a investigator or something like that. After then, they (mommy and her sister) went to the management office of SM Pampanga, which she called me at that time. Namula nga ako nun eh? Ewan ko nga ba kung anong gagawin ko nun. My mom said that I will bring the spare key of the car but I don't know where is it so I brought many keys.haha. Then I went from Angeles City to Dau, Mabalacat then to SM Pampanga via Expressway, too long, isn't it?. Then I found my tita inside SM Pampanga and straightaway to the management office. I saw my mom with a nurse who took her blood pressure, then I gave the spare key alarm and some keys to my mother. Buti hindi ako tanga because I brought all the keys in the house. haha. to make sure what key it should be. Then after that we went to the Police Office near San Fernando, Pampanga Intersection, we reported all about what happened a while ago then she received a notice to the police that she can get another license to the LTO. Then we sorrowfully went back at home.

After 2 days of reflection in what happen to my mom. A concerned citizen in Jolibee called my Dad in Saudi Arabia that they saw a
Puma Bag inside the bin in Jolibee Branch, Northwalk, San Fernando, Pampanga. Then I said to myself, "aba, nagpaligaya pa 'tong si mamang snatcher ah?, Nangonsensya pa siya sa kanyang nagawa dhil nkita nia ang 2 rosaryo. bleh. At salamat ay may awa ang Diyos". Then we went there to retrieve the bag.

Inside the bag, there are:

Honda Civic Car Key

A Cellphone Pouch

Inside the Puma Bag with an Aspirator in it

And we retrieved also the wallet, with a ATM card in it, so that means the snatcher at that time is so dull and a non- professional actually, kung hindi sana nakuha pa niya ung laman ng ATM card, hindi ba?

Guys, I'm telling you this in order to be vigilant in life. Sa lahat ng bagay dapat maging palaban tayo. I knew this situation is crucial to everyone but let's face it, so again be vigilant and alert in every situation we've been through.

Visit of the Churches (Visita Inglesia)

Holy Thursday, April 9, 2009

Me and my family and relatives visited all the churches starting from Angeles City to San Fernando, honestly, we had never finished visiting the church except our relatives, me and my mom actually visited 5 out of 7 churches, because of certain reasons

First Church

Immaculate Conception Parish, in Balibago, Angeles City, where I was a member in the Knights of the Blessed Sacrament in this church. As we entered this church, we saw a place where numerous of candles that placed around the plants and illuminated at the chalice and bamboo strips, these designs were terrific. Also, I noticed these words said, "The reality of God's unconditional love EXPOSED!", meaning "kahit nasaan man tayo magpunta, nandoon SIYA upang antabayanan NIYA tayo by showing his unconditional love, kaya nga EXPOSED! eh, hindi ba?".

Second Church

Our Lady of Lourdes Parish
, approximately 100-200 kilometers near Angeles University Foundation. As we entered this church, we saw a big rock with a garden, upon that, there was Jesus Christ with a cross and I saw Sto. Nino below Him. I noticed below the rock the words written in Kapampangan, "Ing Dalan Papunta Keng Bundok, Ya Ing Dalan Papunta Keng Kaligtasan", meaning, The Way to the Mountain, is the Way to Salvation. Am I right?

Third Church

Holy Rosary Parish, in Brgy. Cutcut, Angeles City, near Holy Family Academy. Before we enter this church, 500 meters away from the church, I noticed a big rosary in front of the parish and illuminated upon the devotees. After that, we entered this church, what a colorful altar it was, and also brighten by numerous of candles and upon it there's also a chalice.

By the way as I continue the fourth church, what is a chalice?.

During the ancient times, they used as a drinking cup, but for Jesus Christ, He and His Disciples used this as a Eucharistic Cup, so that's why everytime I saw some chalice above the altar, I was wondering why they put that cup over there, I knew that time, as a sacristan, the priest only use this cup. Another idea, ayt.?

Fourth Church

Our Lady of Carmelite Parish, afar from Holy Angel University, 3 kilometers away from Chevalier School. As we entered this church, I saw a big cross, with a 6 background lights also a wonderful altar for me. I asked my cousins to pray while I'll take pictures with them. But that's not all, I saw a wishing well, but It's not actually a wishing well but a PRAYING WELL, after you pray, you will throw a coin on a well.

Fifth Church

Sacred Heart Parish, 2 km away from Chevalier School, Angeles City. Also a wonderful altar for me because of it's numerous lights and a garden perhaps. I saw my co-sacristans in Immaculate Conception Parish, every year of Holy Thursday, they've visited 7 churches, and as a sacrifice, they will walk from Angeles City to San Fernando, a brilliant sacrifice honored to our Risen Lord.

First of all, in every church that I've been through, I prayed to the LORD that he'll cleanse me with all my sins, and believe all his words of wisdom, that he'll be the one who protect us, our families and relatives, from all anxiety, that he'll give me knowledge, strong faith, love, intelligence once I take the test in De La Salle University (DLSUCET) and words of wisdom once they interview me in University of Santo Tomas.

The Sacred Place

Bringing back joy to my blogspot..

April 3, 2009,

It was a day of excitement and full bonding to each and everyone of our families. We driven all the way from Angeles City, Pampanga to Urdaneta, Pangasinan straightaway to Our Lady of Manaoag Church.

For so many years we've came this place, Our Lady of Manaoag have given our families great healing, intelligence, love, prosperity and of course strong faith.

I prayed to Our Lady of Manaoag and to God also that first:

1.) I'll pass the interview in University of Santo Tomas.

2.) That I'll pass the DLSUCET in De La Salle University, Taft, Manila.

3.) To give my families, great healing, strong faith, strength and power to succeed in life.

4.) To continue nourishing us what Our Lady of Manaoag did to our families.

Then, after an hour to the Sacred Place, we went to San Fabian Beach Resort, a special place for families, I remember the times we swim together with my family. What a great day it was!,BUT!, there are no buts. haha!.
